#poptheconfetti we are all so excited to be hearing Samantha Khater, one of three siblings who together founded Dessert Boxes, an online gift giving store which was created to innovate and disrupt the gift giving industry.
Join us as we come together for yet another inspiration-filled networking experience amongst like-minded event entrepreneurs.
Over a delicious banquet style lunch + drinks at Mama Manoush, Samantha will share with us her journey into business, how they came to sell 30,000 dessert boxes in their first year alone, followed by an incredible milestone reaching a revenue of $5 million by their second year.
As featured on Shark Tank, this aspiring young trio have achieved so much by focusing on innovation, knowing every aspect of the business but systemising it in a way it can run without them, and most importantly building a relationship with their customer like no other.
We will also be hearing from our Innovation Panel, featuring Sarah Borg of Bangin Hagins, Jacquie Sharples of Little Designer Club and talented illistrator Natalie Rompotis love as well as the opportunity for further networking to meet and mingle within our Confetti community, whilst building our own dessert boxes to take home.
We look forward to meeting and re-connecting with Melbourne’s creative clique, and continuing to build our incredible network of talented event professionals and Confetti colleagues.
